Your partner portal questions, answered

Get straightforward answers about accessing resources, using tools, and staying updated in our secure partner portal.

Which OCT devices and software versions are compatible with deepeye® TPS?

deepeye® TPS supports all major SD-OCT devices (Topcon, Heidelberg, Zeiss, etc.) as long as they can export scans in DICOM OPT format. No specific OCT software version is required.

Is an internet connection required to use deepeye® TPS?

Yes. Since the AI analysis is performed in the cloud, a stable internet connection is necessary to upload OCT scans and receive TPS reports.

Are patient data anonymized during the process? How is this ensured?

Yes. All images are automatically anonymized at the OCT export or upload stage. Personal identifiers are stripped from the DICOM file before any data is processed or transmitted.

How long does it take to receive a TPS report after submitting an OCT scan?

Typically, the report is generated within 120-180 seconds, depending on server load and internet speed.

Is deepeye® TPS CE-certified?

The software is currently undergoing CE conformity assessment as a Class IIa medical device (MDR). CE marking is expected shortly. In the meantime, it may be used under professional responsibility in select pilot environments.
